I offer personal coaching, and group coaching. You can schedule coaching sessions a la carte here. You can sign up for group coaching here.
When you schedule a session, you will receive an email with a form to fill out asking about your goals, what you're currently doing, and relevant previous experiences. I review everything sent to me up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled session, and you can send information to the email provided if there is something you would like to add.
Anyone signed up for group coaching will help set the agenda for future offers of live calls, and closed group sessions, both paid and unpaid. You will be notified of all opportunities by email. All client forms sent will be reviewed and considered for the group coaching schedule, so you give input on topics, scheduling, and more.
Urgent Sessions
If you request a session within 48 hours, it is considered an urgent session, and can be booked here.
In this case, you may be brief on your form if needed, and we may proceed directly to a call. The office is working to streamline this process to accommodate you as best as possible.
